They decide to diplomatically refuse, understanding that initiating a fight would lose them support. The leader of the Baek Clan, Baek Yeorin, agrees to a meeting to formally decline the proposal. Outside the clan's territory, a chaotic world of hooligans and unorthodox martial artists emerges while inside the meeting, Yeorin politely declines the marriage in tense negotiation, then returns to her inn only to find it caught in the midst of another conflict.
