Chapter Synopsis
The chapter reveals that the protagonist, Kang Yoosung (aka Hero King), is the mysterious 'Waah Waah Villain' terrorizing newbies in the arena towers, doing so in response to negative comments and the 'Waah Waah' meme. He uses his new skill cards, acquired through arena points and the association's comments, to defeat the Grim Reaper team leader. He openly mocks the association's authority and declares his intention to continue his rampage, showing how incompetent the association is by his actions.
