Chapter Synopsis
The chapter begins with the protagonist suspecting Duke Ludwig's involvement in a secret project, and then shifts to the introduction of Arfa, a being learning from Moriarty's associate and being taught the concept of learning. While this is happening, detective Caisy Selmoy is celebrated as a hero for defeating Moriarty. However, Caisy knows that Moriarty is still alive since there was no body found and recognizes the need to be cautious despite her hero status.
