Chapter Synopsis
The chapter opens with the protagonist being targeted by enemies who use insects for surveillance. These enemies reveal themselves to be skilled in metal elemental magic, and one of them can survive having his head flung off. The protagonist is initially assaulted with bullets and then a metal elemental, but he quickly turns the tide using flame magic and appears to have defeated multiple enemies quickly, while demonstrating a proficiency in close-quarters combat. The enemies realize he is far more dangerous than they anticipated.
