It's revealed that the soldier's power stems from Dragonkin blood, linking back to the Hellaem family. Meanwhile, the Citizen Revolutionary Army captures a young noble, Vinchem, who seems to have let himself be captured. The rebels are using stolen military supplies and escaping through a tunnel, and they also are planning on using the captured noble for negotiation.
