Chapter Synopsis
The chapter opens with a flashback or monologue from a person declaring violence against the Jin family. The scene then shifts to Elder Jang who appears to be a kindly old man. Later, men looking for him arrive in the village. He is warned about them but goes to meet them anyway. They are revealed to know him as the "Sleeping Dragon of Shanxi" and intend to ask a favor. Elder Jang rejects whatever they are about to ask.
