The Grand Elder, despite being ill, takes charge of the situation, dismissing the sect's higher-ups. He then confronts two of his disciples, who were bickering. The disciples initially try to trick the Grand Elder into believing they are reconciled but confess their wrongdoing after he sees through their deception and seemingly punishes them by forcing them to stay in the sect for life.
