Chapter Synopsis
Hyun-Soo is forced to return to the city, facing the Elder's pursuers. He encounters Ho-Min, who reveals that the Platinum Monarch has locked down the tower due to a stolen currency design. They learn the Elder was also after this design. Together, they devise a plan to take advantage of the city's unrest by stealing from the Elder's safe, hoping the resulting chaos will draw the Monarch's wrath and allow them to escape both the Elder's and the Spider's influence.
