Chapter Synopsis
The chapter begins with Chen Zhiliao's surprising victory over Boban, a strong swordsman, despite initially not registering the victory properly. A thunderstorm forces a pause, and Zhiliao receives medical attention from Salily. While recovering, he learns about Boban's past and receives the map to Latonaya, which leads to his next objective, the Holy Temple. He also obtains a hidden key. Grandpa Oubre, having seen his strength, offers Zhiliao a chance to learn from him if he can pass his test the next day, after the storm.
