The chapter begins with the main character successfully acting in a horror film audition. After the audition, a phone call reveals that the person that was a key witness in a case and claimed to have met the victim of a case recently, actually passed away a decade ago. Furthermore the grandson of that witness, who is directly linked to the ongoing case also passed away around the same time. The chapter ends with a conversation trying to persuade an older relative into helping with the investigation.
