Chapter Synopsis
Prince Yuvel's faction achieved a major victory at the Battle of Ledant thanks to a fortified position and a mysterious mage who disrupted enemy mana usage. Despite being outnumbered at the initial assault, they successfully repelled Caras's forces which had previously been considered dominant, which causes the narrative to turn back to Prince Yuvel's side. Following this victory, some lords consider joining Yuvel, while others remain neutral. The chapter ends with a confrontation at Caras's base where a duel is proposed by a powerful warrior named Spiriug and accepted by Cyrus.
