After escaping a dangerous situation, the protagonist's family is suffering. A mysterious organization offers to safeguard his family and cure his mother's illness in exchange for his cooperation against Kim Min Su. Simultaneously, military police suspect him of being the hero who defused explosives at a refugee camp, given his year-long disappearance and return from where the hero vanished.
