The chapter sees the protagonist, having consumed various power-enhancing items, trapped by an ancient Lich aiming to take his body. He narrowly escapes before the Crown Prince unexpectedly arrives. It's revealed the Prince possesses a power similar to the hero's, and is connected to Bahamut, a founding emperor, who is also the sworn enemy of the Lich. The Lich becomes excited and declares he will kill the Crown Prince.
