A young man, Pu Pan, injured and on the run, tries to manipulate a novice fighter into protecting him, while also thinking about how he will take his revenge on whoever set him up. The novice fighter, meanwhile, trains his skills in a nest of Rainrock Spiders.
Chapter Synopsis
Injured and pursued, Pu Pan encounters a novice fighter who apparently single-handedly defeated a large group of Rainrock Spiders. Pu Pan plans to use the fighter's strength for protection while he recovers, and attempts to bribe him with a better maneuvering skill. Simultaneously, the novice fighter, thinking he is in an area with no monsters, discovers a large nest of F-rank Rainrock Spiders and uses them to train and level up his skills. He realizes he must clear the nest to find more lucrative monsters.
