Chapter Synopsis
The chapter starts with Owen explaining his desire for luxury as a lizardman, and then transitions to him encountering FicoM, a messenger from the City of Automation, who seeks the Black-Scaled Lizardmen. Owen reveals his past betrayal and atonement through spreading the word of their god and chieftain. They journey to see Chief Lakrak, and are interrupted by news that the Star Catcher is dying, and his funeral preparations begin.
