Chapter Synopsis
Lloyd, revealed to be from another world, uses his ability to stop time in a localized area to quickly construct a race arena. He employs advanced construction techniques and despite the lack of help, he single-handedly completes the arena. This is followed by the reveal of the race, which is for the right to propose to Cheronins, and we meet two of the competitors, Komanchi and Schumanhal. The chapter ends with the start of the race and some characters being surprised at Lloyd's nature.
